By accessing or using Ghost-Env, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

Ghost-Env is a terminal environment management service that allows users to:

• > Create and manage shell environment profiles
• > Store environment variables, aliases, functions, and scripts
• > Activate profiles on any authorized terminal device
• > Use various activation modes (Normal, Zero-Trace, Read-Only)

The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• > Provide accurate and complete registration information
• > Maintain the security of your password and credentials
• > Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• > Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using Ghost-Env, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You agree NOT to use Ghost-Env to:

• x Store or distribute malicious code, viruses, or malware
• x Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• x Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• x Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• x Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• x Abuse the service for spam, phishing, or fraud
• x Share account credentials with unauthorized users

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

Your Content: You retain ownership of all scripts, configurations, and content you create and store in Ghost-Env. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.

Our Content: The Ghost-Env service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. The Ghost-Env name, logo, and branding are our trademarks.

Open Source: Portions of Ghost-Env may be released as open source software under separate licenses. Those components are governed by their respective licenses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• > Breach of these Terms of Service
• > Conduct that may harm the service or other users
• > Extended periods of inactivity
• > Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may request an export of your data before termination where feasible.

We do not warrant that:

• > The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• > Defects will be corrected
• > The service is free from viruses or harmful components
• > The results of using the service will meet your requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ghost-Env and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• > Loss of profits, data, or use
• > Business interruption
• > Cost of substitute services

This limitation applies regardless of whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the service, inability to use the service, or any other cause.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ghost-Env and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• > Your use of the service
• > Your violation of these terms
• > Your violation of any rights of another party

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
